The applicant, who is in custody since 11.09.2024, has prayed for grant of regular bail in connection with S.T. Case No.18 of 2023(S) arising out of Simdega P.S. Case No.158 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 364/302/201/120B/34 IPC, pending the court of Addl. Sessions Judge-I, Simdega. 3. This bail application is against the impugned order dated 02.12. 2024 whereby bail bond of applicant(s) has been cancelled and he has been taken into custody for non-participating in the proceeding on 08.04.2024 and 20.04.2024. 4. Earlier this applicant(s) has been granted regular bail vide order dated 21.03.2023 passed in B.A. No.13556 of 2022. 5. It has been submitted that the absence was not wilful and this applicant(s) undertakes that he will be vigilant in future. Wife has been proposed as Pairvikar. On the above facts, prayer for bail has been made. 6. On the other hand, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 7. Considering the fact that this applicant has already been granted bail, I am inclined to enlarge him on bail again. Accordingly, the applicant(s), above named, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below, in connection with above referred case, on the condition that the applicant(s) will submit self-attested photocopy of his Aadhaar Card(s) and also submit his mobile number(s) before the learned court below which he will always keep active and will not change it during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court. 8.
