This petition is filed seeking the Court to transfer M.C.No.8/2024 which is pending before the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Holalkere to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Davanagere. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has no objection to transfer the case as sought for by the petitioner. 4. As per the material available on record, the respondent herein filed a petition vide M.C.No.8/2024 - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:5781 CP No. 318 of 2024 which is pending before the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Holalkere against the petitioner herein seeking a decree of divorce. 5. In the light of the submission made that the respondent has no objection to effect transfer and having considered the grounds urged, the petition is disposed of with the following: ORDER (i) The Petition is allowed. (ii) The case in M.C.No.8/2024 which is pending before the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Holalkere is withdrawn and is transferred to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Davanagere.
