The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 60 of 2024 arising out of Sonari P.S. Case No. 130/2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1708/2023, for the offences registered under Sections 307, 120-B, 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act and later on Section 25(1-B) a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act were added, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge-III, East Singhbhum, Jamshedpur. 3. On 19.09.2023, at about 02:30 noon, Ajay Goud had opened fire outside the house of the informant. It appears that nobody had sustained any injury in this occurrence. 4. It was submitted that Ajay Gaud and other co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-III, East Singhbhum, Jamshedpur in connection with S.T.
