The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Complaint Case No.C/1 Case No.49 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 420, 376, 120B of the Indian Penal Code, Section 4 of the POCSO Act, which was converted under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. as Dhurwa P.S. Case No.200 of 2024, pending in the court of learned A.J.C.- IV, Ranchi. Petitioner is alleged to have established physical consensual relationship with the prosecutrix on the pretext of marriage. It was submitted that the petitioner has already married the victim and the dispute between the parties has been settled. Mr. Harshit Jain, learned counsel for the informant has supported this fact and stated that parties have settled their dispute. In view of the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.J.C.-IV, Ranchi., in connection with Complaint Case No.C/1 Case No.49 of 2024 (Dhurwa P.S.
