The petitioner has been made accused in connection with CID P.S. Case No. 01 of 2024, corresponding to Dhanbad P.S Case No.484 of 2023 and C.I.D Court Case No.01 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 302 & 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act and cognizance taken under Sections 302, 307 & 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-A)25(1-B)a/26/27/35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Sri Prabhat Kumar Sharma, learned AJC-XVIII- cum-Special Judge, CID, Ranchi. On 03.12.2023, dreaded criminal Aman Singh was murdered in Dhanbad jail by co-accused Sundar Mahto. It is alleged that petitioner and other co-accused persons were rejoicing after the murder of the deceased. It was submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Court as well as by this Court. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Prabhat Kumar Sharma, learned AJC-XVIII-cum-Special Judge, CID, Ranchi, in connection with CID P.S.
