This petition is preferred against orders dated 13.07.2023 and 02.01.2023. 2. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "10.1 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set- aside/quash the impugned order dated 13.07.2023 issued by the Additional Director, Higher Education Department (Annexure P/1). 10.2. this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside/quash the order dated 02.01.2023 issued by the Under Secretary, Higher Education Department (Annexure P/6) inrespectof private respondent. 10.3 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to grant salary to the petitioner from February 2023 to till date along with interest; 10.4. Issue any other order or orders, writ or writs, direction or directions as this Hon’bel Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case in favour of the petitioner, in the interest of justice. 3. Vide order dated 23.08.2023 the petitioner was granted stay by this Court. 4. Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter and considering 3 the fact that on the strength of the aforesaid stay order, the petitioner is still continuing at his original place of posting, as such, by the afflux of time the said orders, has lost its efficacy and as such the orders dated 13.07.2023 and 02.01.2023 are required to be quashed and accordingly the said order under challenge is hereby quashed. 5. However, liberty is granted to the respondent State authorities to pass appropriate orders in respect of transfer of the petitioner, in case exigency arises, without being influenced by this order. 6.
