Mr. Rajan Kahol, Additional Advocate General with Mr. Ravi Chauhan & Mr. Anish Banshtu, Deputy Advocates General, for the respondents-State. While placing on record communication dated 04.12.2025, issued under the signatures of Director of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, enclosing therewith copy of office order dated 10.09.2025, passed by afore authority, Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, states that in terms of mandate contained in the judgment, alleged to have been violated, petitioner herein, who was appointed on contract basis, has been considered as regular employee of the State in the pay scale of Rs.10,300+34,800+4200/- Grade Pay + allowances as admissible from time to time from the date when she was initially appointed on contract basis with all consequential benefits vide order dated 10.09.2025. Having carefully perused aforesaid documents, which are taken on record, this Court finds merit in the contention of learned Additional Advocate General. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, the same are closed. However, respondents are directed to ensure that consequential benefits, if not already released, shall be released expeditiously, preferably within four weeks.
