Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. 3. The petitioners' short grievance is that the authorities have reduced the extent of the petitioners’ land during a resurvey and the petitioners have no other land except the land as stated in the prayer. If at all any changes to be made to the revenue records, due procedure to be followed as per provisions of the A.P.Rights in land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and the petitioners have made applications to the District Collector, Revenue Divisional Officer and 4 Tahsildar, expressing their helplessness and 02.07.2025. but authorities.
