The present appeal was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 01st August, 2025, in terms of the understanding/settlement, arrived at between the appellant and the respondent. 3. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court vide order dated 01st August, 2025, the Registry had initiated the process for releasing the deposited amount in favour of the appellant. Thus, it is submitted that the name of both ‘Subhash Kumar Gupta’ and ‘Subhash Gupta’, are of one and the same person. 4. Considering the submissions made before this Court, the matter is directed to be placed before the Registrar for ascertaining the fact as to whether ‘Subhash Gupta’ and ‘Subhash Kumar Gupta’ are one and the same person.
