By way of filing this petition, a prayer has been made by the petitioner to issue a direction to the respondents not to replace her from the present place of posting till the regularly selected candidates are made available by the RPSC. 2. At the outset, counsel for the respondents apprised this Court that regularly selected candidate-Smt. Sweta Aachariya, Lecturer of Chemistry, has joined the college and now, no posts of college lecturer for the subject of Chemistry is lying vacant and thereafter, the petitioner was relieved vide order dated 04.06.2012 as per the terms and contract agreement. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, no further cause of action survives with the petitioner to continue with this petition and the same has become infrcutuous. 4.
