And 7 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Gyan Prakash Srivastava,Om Prakash Mishra Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Manish Kumar Nigam,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This petition has been filed for the following relief: "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the sub-divisional officer Mariyahu, Jaunpur i.e. the respondent No.2 to do/have the compliance of the order dated 25.10.2024 (annexure No.1) passed in the case No.6588/2024 (computerised case No.T202414360606588) Urmila vs Gaon Sabha, under the uttar pradesh land revenue code, on the spot and to provide the possession to the petitioner on her share 273/1 alloted to her in the Gata No.273/0.633 hectare situated at village Kanti Pargana Barsathi Tahasil Mariyahu District Jaunpur in the interest of justice." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that in proceedings under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 final orders have been passed but the same are not given effect to. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that orders passed under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 are executable and the petitioner has remedy of filing execution application for execution of the judgment and decree passed in proceedings under Section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 5. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 6. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to move appropriate application for execution of judgment and decree passed in proceedings under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. Order Date :- 19.3.2025 Ved Prakash (Manish Kumar Nigam,J.) Digitally signed by :- VED PRAKASH SHARMA High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
