The Petitioners were selected pursuant to the 1998 DSC Notification, but they were not given any appointment Orders and hence, the present Writ Petition is filed. 3. This Court in W.P.No.37187 of 2022 and the batch dated 01.07.2025, after hearing the Petitioners therein, directed the Petitioners to individually make a representation for appointment as teachers on a contract basis by applying the minimum time scale in any of the Government Schools institutions, and on receipt of the representations, the Respondents therein ) were directed to pass appropriate orders thereon. or 4. Learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks for similar relief in this Writ Petition. 5. Upon filing of such an application(s), the Respondents are directed to pass appropriate orders in each of the cases in accordance with law within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of the Order.
