GP FOR HOME The Court made the following order: This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed for the following relief: “to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of the writ of MANDAMUS declaring the inaction of the respondent No 3 in providing assistance to the Advocate Commissioners Bhandavi and N Rama Devi appointed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate East Godavari Rajamahendravaram in Crl.M.P. No.348/2024 by an 2 order dt 23 08 2024 to take physical possession of the schedule properties and deliver the possession to the petitioner company is illegal and consequently direct the respondent No 3 to provide assistance to the Advocate Commissioners Bhandavi and N Rama Devi appointed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate East Godavari Rajamahendravaram in CrI M P No 348/2024 by an order dt 23 08 2024 to take physical possession of the schedule properties and deliver the possession to the petitioner company and pass such...” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the State. 3. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the State on written instructions would submit that the Police are ready to provide necessary police protection to the Advocate Commissioner, but the Police did not receive any representation from the Advocate Commissioner or the petitioner herein to consider their request for providing security. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner as well as the Advocate Commissioner will give fresh representation to the Police for necessary relief i.e., security as per law. 3 5. In that view of the matter, this Court is of the considered opinion that the Writ Petition can be disposed of at the stage of admission itself without going into the merits of the case, by giving liberty to the petitioner and the Advocate Commissioner to give fresh representation to the concerned Station House Officer for necessary protection, as per law and on such representation, the concerned Station House Officer shall consider the same and provide necessary security, as per law. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself. No order as to costs.
