Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:42798 Court No. - 9 Case :- MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 2810 of 2025 Petitioner :- Kalpu Respondent :- Dal Singar Counsel for Petitioner :- Mukul Yadav,Rajesh Yadav Hon'ble Rohit Ranjan Agarwal,J. This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: "Issue suitable order or direction to the Court concerned to decide the Suit No. 621 of 2024 (Kalpu Versus Dal Singar) pending before the Court of Learned Civil Judge, Senior Division/F.T.C., Mau pending since 2024 within the stipulated period." Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing the prayer made in the writ petiton and confined only to the prayer that the application 6C-2 for grant of temporary injunction, which is pending consideration, may be directed to be decided expeditiously. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon Civil Judge (Senior Division)/F.T.C., Mau to decide the temporary injunction application (6-C2) filed in Suit No.621 of 2024 (Kalpu vs. Dal Singar), in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
