Ms. V. Sireesha Rani, learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent No.2 placed on record the Written Instructions of Commissioner, Gudivada Municipality, dated 01.07.2025, wherein it is stated that the Respondent No.2 had taken up steps to lay gravel roads and electrical poles & lines and also laid street lights in the year 2016. It is further stated that the drinking water connections to each house hold under AMRUT Scheme in 2017-18. It is also stated that the works for laying main roads and drains has been taken up with an estimated cost of Rs. 3.00 crores under Special Grant Funds. The work would be completed soon after the agreement process is completed with the contractors. 3. In view of the Written Instructions placed by learned Standing Counsel for the Respondents, and as the grievance of the Writ Petitioners is being redressed, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
