Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care. 4. AGA on instructions submits that pursuant to the investigation, the charge sheet is filed and now the case is set down for the evidence. AGA therefore, submits that an appropriate order may be passed. 5.
Taking note of the submission that pursuant to the investigation, a charge sheet is filed and the case is now set down for the evidence, the prayer sought by the petitioner to reinvestigate into the matter cannot be considered at this juncture.
