IN THE HIGH COURT OF JHARKHAND AT RANCHI B.A. No. 10904 of 2024 Pappu Bakhla, aged about 19 years, S/o Sukra Pahan, resident of village- Chanpi, P.O.- Ghunsuli, P.S.- Karra, District- Khunti. … Petitioner - Versus - The State of Jharkhand … Opp. Party ------ CORAM: - HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE AMBUJ NATH ----- For the Petitioner : Mr. Anil Kumar Ganjhu, Advocate For the State : Mr. Shree Prakash Jha, A.P.P. --- 03/05.03.2025 Heard the parties. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Karra P.S. Case No. 63 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 310(2)/311 of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khunti. On 24.07.2024, six unknown persons looted Rs.95,000/- from the informant and his associate. It appears that the petitioner was put on T.I. Parade and he has been identified by the informant. It further appears that Rs.1500/- was also recovered from his possession. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that T.I. Parade was held after three months from the date of occurrence. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected at this stage. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
