For the Respondent: Mr. Dheeraj Kumar Vashishat, Advocate. __________________________________________________________ Vivek Singh Thakur, Judge (Oral) Learned counsel for parties, under instructions, submit that matter has been settled between the parties in mediation, for which, dispute was referred by Senior Civil Judge, Una, District Una in Civil Suit No. 94 of 2020, titled Usha Rani etc. vs. Kaushalya Devi etc., pending before the Senior Civil Judge, Una, District Una, H.P. and as per settlement, present application along with proposed criminal revision, has to be withdrawn by Usha Rani and amount deposited by 1 Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2025:HHC:46439 Cr.MP(M) No. 877 of 2025 applicants/petitioners Usha Rani and Chanchla Devi, has to be released in favour of respondent Kaushalaya Devi. Photocopy of settlement deed arrived at between the parties in mediation, has also been placed on record. In view of above compromise, as prayed by learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners, present application along with proposed revision is permitted to be withdrawn with direction to the Registry to release the amount, deposited by the applicants/petitioners, along with up-to-date interest, if any, accrued thereto, in favour of respondent Kaushalaya Devi, by remitting the same in her bank account, details whereof shall be furnished by the learned counsel to the Registry within one week. Application along with proposed Cr. Rev. (FC) ST No. 3272/2025 and CRMPST No. 3262/2025 is disposed of in aforesaid terms. (Vivek Singh Thakur), Judge.
