After appeals were heard for some time, from the suggestions made by the Court, counsel appearing for appellants stated that appellants will apply to the Arbitral Tribunal for reliefs under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short ‘the Act of 1996’). 2. In view thereof, appeals stand disposed with liberty, as prayed for. All rights and contentions of parties are kept open. 3. The Arbitral Tribunal is requested to dispose the application when filed, as expeditiously as possible and the assurance of counsels that they shall cooperate with the Tribunal for early disposal is also accepted. 4.
