Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 3 . It is alleged that total 70 liters country made liquor was recovered from spot. 4. It is submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion . No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of these petitioners and they are no way connected with the aforesaid recovery . Petitioners claim Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20240 of 2025(2) dt.21-04-2025 2/2 clean antecedent. 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition . 6. Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent and other circumstances of case , in the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive special Judge Excise – II at Siwan in connection with Siwan Muffasil ( Dhanauti ) Police Station Case No. 577 of 2021 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438 ( 2 ) of Code of Criminal Procedure .
