Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Garhwa P.S. Case No. 427 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 331(4) and 305 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Garhwa. 3. On 06.08.2024, theft was committed in the house of the Informant. Unknown thieves took away several articles including jewellery and cash of Rs. 75,000/-. 4. It was submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused and he has also confessed his guilt. 5. Mr. Rakesh Ranjan, learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail. On specific query whether anything was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, he relied in negative. 6. In view of the submission made above, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Garhwa in connection with Garhwa P.S.
