C SUMON The Court made the following: ORDER: This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for the willful disobedience of the orders dated 06.07.2023 passed in W.P.No.12970 of 2023. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents reported that the orders of this Court, disobedience of which is complained of in this contempt have been complied with. 3. Ms.O.Sayamma, learned counsel on record for the petitioner submitted that she could not appear in this contempt case as she has become the Assistant Government Pleader by way of assignment and tried her best to contact the petitioner to make alternative arrangements, however, there is no response from the petitioner. 4. As the authorities have already complied with the orders of this Court and as the petitioner is not in contact with the counsel on record, there remains nothing for adjudication and the contempt is liable to be closed. 5. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
