Mahto, A.P.P. For the Informant: Md. Yasir Arafat, Advocate --- 03 / 25.02.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Rajmahal P.S. Case No. 183 of 2024 for the offences registered under section 96 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Rajmahal. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant to leave her lawful guardianship. Statement of the victim has been recorded under section 183 of the B.N.S.S. in which she has not stated that she was subjected to any sexual atrocity. 4. Mr. Yasir Arafat, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Rajmahal in connection with Rajmahal P.S.
