The same was admitted vide order dated 07.05.2001. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner contends that he has made attempts to receive instructions from the petitioner, but no instructions or response is forthcoming, He submits of having been informed by the respondents that the petitioner has passed away. He fairly submits that the present writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner’s legal representatives to seek revival of the same in case they still intend to pursue the present writ petition. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents/FCI has no objection to the same. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberties as aforesaid.
