Counsel for the Respondent/complainant: Public Prosecutor The Court made the following:
COMMON ORDER:
All the three petitions are heard and disposed of, as they arise out of common cause of action. 2. The petitioners seem to have availed loan and some of the petitioners stood as guarantors. The loan was taken from IDBI Bank Limited. It appears that the authorized person of the bank has approached the police with a grievance that some disception was played by the petitioners and others in getting loans. So far, no FIR has been registered. The petitioners apprehend that a case would be registered and they would be arrested. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been frequently called to the police station, thereby curtailing their personal liberty. 4. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the CID, Andhra Pradesh, Mangalagiri, has not registered any case against any of the petitioners so far. 5. In view of the above, the apprehension of the petitioners that they are going to be arrested without there being any FIR so far, is only premature. 3
