JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 2 30-04-2025 Heard the parties. 2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 317 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 30(a) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, lodged on 19.12.2024 by the informant, Vijay Kumar. 3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that upon secret information, the place was raided and 10 liters of country made liquor recovered/seized which led to the F.I.R. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner tried to impress upon this Court regarding the innocence, learned APP has taken this Court to paragraph no.3 of the petition to show that he has four criminal antecedents of the same nature. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to extend him the privilege of anticipatory bail which is accordingly rejected. 6.
