Heard. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order under contempt has been passed on 07.02.2025, in which it has been directed that the petitioner has to move fresh representation along with all the documents within 10 days from the date of order. However, petitioner could not file representation within the time, and could have filed on 19.02.2025. Therefore, another opportunity may be given to the petitioner to move fresh representation to the authority concerned, and then, the authority may be directed to decide the same in accordance with law. 3. On due submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, it is directed that the petitioner shall move fresh representation within 15 days from today, along Cont 887 of 2025 2 with all the necessary documents, and then the authority concerned shall decide the representation of the petitioner within 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation. 4.
