ANJARIA) When the contempt petition came up for consideration today, learned Additional Government Advocate produced on record communication dated 17.03.2025 addressed by the Special Land Acquisition Officer to the office of learned Advocate General which is in vernacular, which was however explained to the court, in which it is stated that the amount of Rs.44,85,125/- is already processed to be credited in the account of the complainant which is towards the compensation as directed by learned Single Judge. The actual credit is a matter of time, it was stated. 2. The aforesaid communication itself is an evidence that the amount is credited and the order of learned Single Judge is complied with. 3. The aforesaid aspect could not be disputed by learned advocate Mr. V. Srinivas for the complainant who appeared through video conferencing. - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:11564-DB CCC No. 791 of 2024 4. In light of the above, nothing survives in the present contempt petition. 5. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
