Case No. 49 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 47(a), 47(b), 47(d), 47 (e), 55 & 66 of the Excise Act, pending in the Court of Sri Arun Kumar Dubey, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhupur. 3. On 05.11.2024, house of co-accused Shankar Rawani was raided and huge quantity of liquor was recovered from there. 4. Mr. Arvind Kumar Choudhary, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the place from where illegal liquor was recovered, belongs to co-accused Shankar Rawani. It was further submitted that the petitioner was only present at the place of occurrence and nothing was recovered from his possession. 5. Mr. Sardhu Mahto, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail, but conceded that the place from where liquor was recovered belongs to co- accused Shankar Rawani. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Arun Kumar Dubey, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhupur in connection with G.O.C.R.
