Case No. 08 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 366-A and 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 8 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional District Judge-IXth-cum- Special Judge POCSO Act, Dhanbad. 3. On 14.01.2024, at about 04:00 p.m., the petitioner is alleged to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant with the intention to marry her. 4. During the trial, statement of the victim has been recorded in which she has stated that she has left her lawful guardianship according to her own wish and she has not been sexually assaulted. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge-IXth-cum- Special Judge POCSO Act, Dhanbad in connection with Putki P.S.
