By way of the present petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs :- "A. Your Lordships may be pleased to admit and allow this petition. B. Your Lordships may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions by petitioners to eligible and qualified to appear in the recruitment; C. During the pendency and final disposal of the present petition, Your Lordships may be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to accept the application form of the petitioners and permit the petitioners to appear in the present recruitment;" C/SCA/5578/2025 ORDER DATED: 24/04/2025 2. However, at the outset, learned advocate Mr. Gaurang Chauhan appearing for Mr. Pandya for the petitioners, under instructions, states that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw this petition without considering the same on merits as the representation of the petitioners is pending with the respondent authorities and the same may be directed to be decided. 3. In view of the above request, the respondents are directed to decide the representation of the petitioners if representation of the petitioners is pending. In case, if there is no representation pending, it will be open for the petitioners to make fresh representation to the respondents and the respondents are directed to decide the said representation as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from today, in accordance with law. 4. With the above direction, the present petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. It is made clear that this Court has not examined the merits of the case. Direct service is permitted. (NIRZAR S.
