Petitioner has suffered an inquiry and also suffered punishment vide order dated 4.5.2013. For reference same is reproduced hereinafter: "आददेश " इस ककारकार्यालर कदे आददेश ससंख्रका /20/बदे०शश०/2012-13 शदनकासंक 01.05.2012 कदे दकारका शश्री शदनदेश चन्द्र गगौतम सहकारक अध्रकापक पपूरर्या मकाध्रशमक शरदकालर मदकारपपुर शरककासखण्ड मगौदहका कको कशतपर आरकोपपों कदे क्रम मम शनलममबत शकरका गरका थका। शनलमबन मम पकारदे गरदे आरकोपपों ककी जकाजाँच खण्ड शशकका अधधिककारश्री मगौदहका (जजॉचकाधधिककारश्री) एरसं स्थलश्रीर जजॉच खण्ड शशकका अधधिककारश्री मगौदहका दकारका प्रस्तपुत जकाजाँच आख्रका कदे आधिकार पर शश्री शदनदेश चन्द्र गगौतम सहकारक अध्रकापक पपूरर्या मकाध्रशमक शरदकालर मदकारपपुर -मगौदहका कको अपचकारश्री शशकक दकोषश्री पकारदे जकानदे पर , तत्ककाल प्रभकार सदे शश्री गगौतम ककी 02 रकाशषर्याक रदेतनरवृशद्धि ससंचरश्री तगौर पर अररूद्धि करतदे हहए रहकाल शकरका जकातका हहै। सकाथ हश्री शश्री शदनदेश चन्द्र गगौतम सहकारक अध्रकापक कको रहकालश्री उपरकान्त पपूरर्या मकाध्रशमक शरदकालर कहै थश्री शरककासखण्ड सपुमदेरपपुर मम पदकास्थकाशपत शकरका जकातका हहै। सकाथ हश्री शश्री शदनदेश चन्द्र गगौतम स०अ० कका समपपूरर्या शनलमबन अरधधि कदे रदेतन भपुगतकान कदे बकाबत परश्रीकर कर पवृथक सदे आददेश शनगर्यात शकरका जकारदेगका।" 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of above referred order, no independent order was passed in regard to payment of salary for the period of suspension and for that he has filed a representation on 20.11.2024. He further submits that petitioner has filed repeated representations/applications, recent being 20.11.2024, but he has not annexed earlier applications. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent no.3 submits that she cannot explain the delay in not taking the decision on grievance of the petitioner, but she assured that decision will be taken within a period three weeks. 5. In the present case, petitioner was lethargic in not approaching this Court earlier. Even no document has been annexed that he was representing his request for salary for the period of suspension. 6. Court takes note of above short comings, still considering that State respondent was required to pass a separate order since it has not been passed for last more than one decade, therefore, on basis of assurance given by learned counsel for the respondent no.3, last opportunity is granted to the concerned respondent to pass an order within a period of three weeks. 7. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction/observation that in case petitioner is constrained to approach this Court again on similar grievance, Court may pass a strict order against concerned respondent.
