Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide B.A. No. 6565 of 2023 by order dated 01.12.2023. 4. On 14.04.2022, the petitioner and co-accused persons are alleged to have gang raped the prosecutrix. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
