The appeal is of the year 2022. Office objections are not complied with. Even as per the order sheet dated 23.04.2024, learned counsel for the appellant had submitted that there is no response from the appellant. Even though, NBW was issued, the same is not executed till today. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-compliance of office objections.
