Pursuant to directions contained in the judgment, sought to be executed, services of the petitioner were regularized from due date. 2. Issue with regard to release of consequential benefits in terms of judgment, alleged to have been violated, is stated to be laid challenge by way of separate writ petition, which is pending adjudication. 1 Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3.
