Learned counsel for the petitioner by referring documents annexed along with this writ petition that grievance of the petitioner for re-fixation in the pay scale from the date of his promotion is presently seized with the Finance and Accounts Officer, District Basti (Respondent no.3) as being forwarded by the District Basic Shiksha Adhikari by a communication dated 5.8.2022. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has not received complete instructions, however, on basis of documents available and since matter is seized with the respondent no.3, he will decide the matter and take a reasoned decision and will communicate the same to petitioner within a short period. 4. In the aforesaid circumstances, since matter is now seized with the respondent no.3 for the last more than two years, therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that respondent no.3 will communicate the petitioner about the outcome of his grievance within a short period preferably within a period of six weeks.
