Sri Vijay Singh Sengar, learned counsel for the Development Authority points out that the petitioner has already filed an appeal against the said order and it is pending before the Chairman. 3. Since the petitioner has already availed the statutory remedy therefore, we decline to examine the validity of the impugned order. 4.
