Sharma, Additional Advocate General, Ms. Seema Sharma & Ms. Menka Raj Chauhan, Deputy Advocate General & Mr. Rajat Chaudhary, Assistant Advocate General, for respondent. CMP No. 12873/2026 Petitioner seeks revival of the proceedings, which were closed on 22.12.2025 in COPC No.1455/2025 on the ground that the directions issued in the said order have not been complied with. Learned Assistant Advocate General has placed on record a copy of office order dated 06.02.2026 from the Executive Engineer, Jal Shakti Division Baggi, along with compendium of documents, and, on that basis, submits that pension has been authorized in favour of the petitioner on 12.02.2026 by the office of Accountant General (A&E), Himachal Pradesh with date of start of petitioner’s pension from 01.01.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner makes out a grievance of non-release of arrears of pension. Learned Assistant Advocate General submits that the arrears admissible to the petitioner shall be released within two weeks, i.e. on or before 22.06.2026. In view of above and the statement made by learned Assistant Advocate General, the application to stand disposed of with hope & trust that the aforesaid assurance shall be adhered to within the time stipulated.
