On 3.04.2025, the learned Assistant Government Pleader passed on signed instructions of the District Collector, dated 02.04.2025, wherein it was mentioned that the unofficial Respondents i.e, Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 had stopped further construction and they would vacate the premises within a period of 20 days. 3. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 have vacated the premises and the unauthorized constructions referred above were also removed and therefore, no further orders need to be passed in this Writ Petition. 4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed.
