Heard Sri Ram Yash Maurya, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Pranesh Dutt Tripathi, learned Counsel for the respondent no.2. 2. Petitioners before this Court have retired in year 2011-2012 and 2013 respectively and now they have approached this Court that when they retired, certain amount was required to be deducted from their pension per month since there was an excess amount paid earlier. However, they were under the impression that deduction will continue only for 10 years after their respective retirement. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that deduction is continuing even after ten years and he fairly submits that calculation is not on record as well as there is no document that the amount was supposed to be deducted only for ten years. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent no.2 submits that this writ petition is bereft of requisite documents and calculation, therefore, reliefs sought cannot be granted. 5. In the aforesaid circumstances, without going into the merits of the case at this stage, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that concerned respondent will provide details of deduction and the number of years, if any, so that petitioners may have complete information about deduction from their pension and period thereof. 6. Court grants liberty to the petitioners that in case they remain still aggrieved, they can approach this Court by way of filing a fresh writ petition disclosing specific facts including the nature of deduction.
