Renuka Devi for the learned counsel Sri. Rajendra M A., appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel Sri.K.V.Lokesh, appearing for the respondent. 2. The petitioners are before this Court seeking the following prayer: "a) It is respectfully prayed to issue directions by way of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st Respondent Bank to release the Title Deeds and consider the representation of the Petitioners "ANNEXURE-D". b) Grant any such other reliefs that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper to grant under the circumstance of the case, including the cost of these proceedings, in the interest of justice and equity." 3. The learned counsel Sri.K.V.Lokesh, representing the respondent submits that the earlier representation did not indicate anything in detail. The grievance of the petitioners in the case at hand is the same qua the prayer. 5. In that light, I deem it appropriate to dispose the petition with a direction to the petitioners to submit a fresh representation narrating the grievance in detail and the respondent - bank to consider the same, within four weeks from the date of receipt of the representation submitted by the petitioners. 6. Liberty is reserved to the petitioners to call in question the endorsement or order that would be passed as indicated hereinabove. 7. With the aforesaid observations, the petition stands disposed.
