Learned Additional Advocate General has produced a communication dated 22.12.2025 issued by the Executive Engineer, Jal Shakti Division, Sundernagar and a copy of office order dated 15.09.2025 passed by the Engineer-in-Chief, Jal Shakti Vibhag, Tutikandi, Shimla-5. The same are taken on record. A perusal of office order dated 15.09.2025 reveals that the case of the petitioner has been considered by the respondents and he is at Serial No.324 of the waiting/seniority list of Class-IV cagtegory and 323 applicants who are senior to the petitioner are still to be provided employment on compassionate grounds. However, the petitioner will be provided employment on compassionate grounds on his turn in the waiting/seniority list as per availability of vacant post and approval of the Government. This Court while disposing of the writ petition had only given the directions to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the pending application of the petitioner sympathetically within a period of six weeks. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 21.06.2025 passed in CWP No.9965 of 2025, titled, Lokesh Kumar vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others has been complied with, therefore, the application for revival of the execution petition is accordingly disposed of. However, it is made clear that the respondents shall adhere to the office order dated 15.09.2025 and whenever vacancy arises, the petitioner shall be offered the appointment. 4th June, 2026 ( Jiya Lal Bhardwaj ) (naveen) Judge
