Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 3 . It is alleged that 195 liters illicit liquor was recovered from forest area and petitioners are alleged to have fled away after seeing police party . 4. It is submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion . No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of these petitioners and they are no Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20231 of 2025(2) dt.21-04-2025 2/2 way connected with the aforesaid recovery . Petitioners claim clean antecedent. 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition . 6. Considering the fact that only suspicion has been raised against these petitioners, clean antecedent and other circumstances of case , in the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Excise Court No. V Gaya in connection with Raushanganj Police Station Case No. 150 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of BNSS 2023 .
