When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the Government, by G.O. Ms. No. 682, dated 27.06.2025, issued by the respondent department, has granted regularization with retrospective effect from 08.06.1994. It was further submitted that the terminal benefits due to the petitioner would be disbursed within twelve working days from today. 3.
