Case No. 269 of 2024, registered under sections 21(b), and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Hazaribag. On 28.10.2024, Barkagaon police apprehended this petitioner along with the co-accused persons from Rana Mohalla Barkagaon and on search 5.41 grams of brown sugar were recovered from the possession of co-accused Rajendra Kumar. It was submitted that the quantum of seized contraband comes within the purview of intermediately quantity. It was further submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and this fact has been mentioned at paragraph 14 of this Bail Application.
