Heard learned counsel for the appellant, Sri Shukhendu Shekhar, holding brief of Sri Vivek Ratan Agrawal, learned counsel for respondent no.3,5,7 and learned Standing counsel for the State. 2. Learned Single Judge has dismissed the writ petition filed by the appellant after observing that certain amounts were recovered from the appellant pursuant to order dated 16.12.2020. This order was not challenged. The appellant also retired in 2020. It was after five years that the writ petition was filed for a direction to return the amount without challenging such order. 3. Learned Single Judge has dismissed the writ petition on the ground of delay and also on the ground that the orders by which such recovery was effected had not been challenged. 4. None of the two grounds taken by learned Single Judge can be said to be not available in the facts of the case. In such circumstances, we refuse to interfere in the present appeal. 5.
