The respondents have filed the compliance affidavit, inter alia, conveying that process of finalization of Recruitment & Promotion (R&P) Rules is under progress 1 Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes 2 CWP No.10322 of 2025, decided on 27.06.2025 2 and due to non-availability of the R&P Rules, regularization of petitioner’s services cannot be carried out. Certain other averments have also been made in the compliance affidavit. 3. In view of the stand taken in the compliance affidavit, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the execution petition as the petitioner intends to avail the substantive remedy for the redressal of his grievances concerning finalization of R&P Rules/for regularization of his services in view of long and continuous service allegedly rendered by him.
