The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent authority to decide the representation at (Annexure-C). 2. Heard learned advocates for the respective parties. 3. It appears that the Coordinate Bench of this Court has rejected Special Criminal Application No.15950 of 2024 filed by the petitioner herein on 06.012.2024 directing the respondent authroity to look into the matter and decide the application/s representation dated 25.07.2024 made by the applicant in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from today and communicate the same to the applicant within a period of two weeks thereafter. 4. With the aforesaid direction the petition stands disposed of. However, it is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case.
