Order 22/01/2025
[2025:RJ-JP:3207] (2 of 2) [CW-19648/2018] This civil writ petition has been filed by the petitioner- defendant No. 1 (for short ‘the defendant’) against the order dated 19.07.2018 passed by Additional District Judge No. 1, Bayana, Camp Weir, Bharatpur in civil misc. Appeal No. 10/18, whereby the appeal filed by the defendant has been dismissed and affirmed the
order dated 30.06.2016 passed by Senior Civil Judge, Weir in Temporary Injunction Application No. 09/2016, by which the said court granted TI against the defendant. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and more particularly in view of the fact that the suit was filed in the year 2016 and therefrom about 8 years have been passed, instead of interfering with the impugned orders, I dispose of the present civil writ petition with direction to the trial Court to decide the civil suit, if pending with it, as expeditiously as possible, but not later than one year from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law. Pending application(s), if any, stand(s) disposed of.
