The petitioners have filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):- “10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the petitioner's case for perusal of this Hon'ble court. 10.2 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ or writs/ order or orders to direct the respondent authority i.e. respondent No.2 Tahsildar Kunkuri to register the name of petitioners in revenue record in Revenue case No. 27/A-27/2016-17 in the interest of justice. 10.3 Any other relief, this Hon'ble Court deem fit just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted in favour of the petitioner.” 2. Mr. Yadav, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would fairly submit that the order passed by the Tehsildar, Kunkuri, District Jashpur dated 11.07.2018 is appealable before the Sub- Divisional Officer. He would further submit that the liberty may be granted to the petitioners to prefer a duly constituted appeal before the Appellate Authority and further, the Appellate Authority may be directed to consider the issue of limitation taking a liberal view. 3. On the other hand, learned Panel Lawyer appearing for the State would oppose the submissions made by Mr. Yadav. 4. I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the documents placed on the record. 5. Taking into consideration the fact that the order passed by the Tehsildar is appealable according to the provisions of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, this petition is disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioners to prefer an appeal before the Appellate Authority along with an application for condonation of delay and in turn, the said authority is directed to consider the application for condonation of delay taking a liberal approach as the matter remained pending before this Court for a considerable period. 6.
